CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Miscellaneous site sheet metal work (i.e. planter wall caps, stairway wall caps, etc.) – 100% complete.

 

  1. Landscaping work on entire site – 100% complete.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. None.

 

 COMMENTS:

 

  1. All buildings received final approval from the Kirkland Building Department on Monday, 11/22/04.

 

  1. There are a few punch list items remaining. These issues will be resolved by the end of next week, Friday, 12/03/04.

 

  1. Close-out documentation will be turned in to the SCC shortly.
