                   9:00 AM meeting: Erven Wood – Superintendent / Corona Construction (CC), Pat Bourque – Foreman / Northwest Sheet Metal (NWSM), Tony Keane – Superintendent / Clark Services, Jerry Cosgrove – Foreman / McBride Construction Resources (MCR) and Brad Kelln – Superintendent / McBride Construction Resources (MCR)

 

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building F – 100% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building F – 100% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building E – 95% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco finish at building E – 100% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building E – 100% complete.

 

  1. Miscellaneous site stucco work (i.e. planter walls, stairway walls, etc.) – 100% complete.

 

  1. Landscaping work on entire site – 90% complete.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. Q: Have Ken (SCC) and Bob Holtzclaw (SCC) received punch lists from the homeowners of units E-202, E-303 and F-104?

A: The lists have been re-distributed and will be given to Jerry or Brink as soon as possible.

 

  1. Q: Jan (PET) was on site Monday, 11/08/04 to review private decks and the exterior of the first floor of buildings E and F. Jan met Ken (SCC) and Jerry (MCR) and reviewed the exterior of the first floor of building F and developed a punch list. The coping installation on the private decks of the first floor of building E was not complete. Could Jan review the exterior of the first floor and the private decks of building E today (11/10/04)?

A: Yes. Jan, Jerry (MCR) and Brad (MCR) conducted the review. Jan produced a punch list which Brad will add to the master punch list.
