QUESTIONS:

  1. Q: Punch lists from the homeowners in buildings E and F were due last Thursday, 11/28/04. MCR has not received punch lists from the following units yet: E-202 and 303 and F-104. For accounting purposes MCR requests that all homeowners turn in a punch list. If there are no issues, please write “no issues” on the punch list and turn it in. MCR posted reminder notices last Wednesday about this issue and most people responded. How shall MCR deal with these last three units?

A: Ken (SCC) will contact E-202 and 303 and Bob Holtzclaw (SCC) will contact F-104.
