CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building F – 95% complete.

 

  1. Application of exterior paint/stain on building F – 90% complete.

 

  1. Application of common area deck coating at building F – 100% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building F – 95% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building E – 80% complete.

 

  1. Application of exterior paint/stain on building E – 50% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco finish at building E – 95% complete.

 

  1. Application of common area deck coating at building E – 60% complete.

 

  1. Application of private deck coating at building E – 90% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building E – 50% complete.

 

  1. Miscellaneous site stucco work (i.e. planter walls, stairway walls, etc.) – 85% complete.

 

  1. Landscaping work on entire site – 75% complete.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. Q: How shall MCR deal with sealing around the gas pipe line in the north wall of building B garage?

A: The SCC instructed Brad (MCR) to seal tight to the gas pipe sleeve to prevent any moisture from leaking into the garage.

 

  1. Q: Could Jan (PET) review the private decks of building F and scaffold dependent work on building E on Monday morning (11/01/04) and develop a punch list?

A: Yes. Jan and Ken (SCC) will begin inspection of scaffold dependent work on building E at 7:30 AM and inspect the private decks of building F afterwards.

 

 

 

 

  1. Q: Could the SCC ask those homeowners who have left potted plants in the central courtyard to remove them?

A: Yes. The SCC placed a deadline of Monday, 11/01/04 for removal. MCR will also post notification at the common areas of buildings C, D, E, F and G for homeowners to retrieve their potted plants and note the deadline for removal.

 

  1. Q: Punch lists from the homeowners in buildings E and F are due tomorrow. MCR has not received punch lists from the following units yet: E-103, 104, 105, 201, 202, 205, 301, 302, 303 and F-102, 103, 104, 201, 202, 203, 204, 303 and 304. For accounting purposes MCR requests that all homeowners turn in a punch list. If there are no issues, please write “no issues” on the punch list and turn it in.

A: The building representatives will talk to those homeowners who have not turned in a punch list. MCR will also post a reminder notice in the common areas of the two buildings.

 

 COMMENTS:

 

  1. Scaffold encapsulation on building E will be removed Monday, 11/01/04. Removal of scaffolding on building E will commence Tuesday.
