QUESTIONS:
- Q: How shall MCR deal with sealing
around the gas pipe line in the north wall of building B garage?
A: The SCC instructed Brad (MCR) to seal tight to the gas pipe
sleeve to prevent any moisture from leaking into the garage.
- Q: Could Jan (PET) review the
private decks of building F and scaffold dependent work on building E on
Monday morning (11/01/04)
and develop a punch list?
A: Yes. Jan and Ken (SCC) will begin inspection of scaffold
dependent work on building E at 7:30
AM and inspect the private decks of building F afterwards.
- Q: Could the SCC ask those homeowners
who have left potted plants in the central courtyard to remove them?
A: Yes. The SCC placed a deadline of Monday, 11/01/04 for removal. MCR will also
post notification at the common areas of buildings C, D, E, F and G for
homeowners to retrieve their potted plants and note the deadline for removal.
