QUESTIONS:

  1. Q: A new gas line with a sleeve (that feeds the kitchen island cook top of unit B-103) has been installed at the north wall of the garage of building B (per PET response to RFI BK133 and 139). Could Jan (PET) review the work before MCR closes the hole? Should anything be done to relieve the water that has been building up behind this wall and leaking through the hole before the hole is sealed?

A: Jan discussed this issue with the SCC. Jan suggested the possibility of installing a drainage pipe adjacent where the gas line comes through the concrete wall. Jan also suggested that the SCC

might want to consult with a geotechnical engineer resolve this situation. The SCC will consider this matter and let Jan and Brad (MCR) how they would like to proceed.

  1. Q: Could Jan review the exterior of building F today and develop a punch list?

A: Yes. Jan reviewed the exterior of building F and developed a punch list.

 COMMENTS:

  1. Scaffold encapsulation on building F will be removed today. Removal of scaffolding on building F will commence tomorrow.
