                   9:00 AM meeting: Joe McClain – Project Manager / Corona Construction (CC), Manuel Lepe – Foreman / Accurate Exterior Systems (AES), Pat Bourque – Foreman / Northwest Sheet Metal (NWSM), Tony Keane – Superintendent / Clark Services (CS), Greg Anderson – Owner / Greg Anderson Painting (GAP), Al Pease – Owner / Quality Landscape, Jerry Cosgrove – Foreman / McBride Construction Resources (MCR) and Brad Kelln – Superintendent / McBride Construction Resources (MCR)

 

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building F – 85% complete.

 

  1. Application of exterior paint/stain on building F – 65% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building E – 70% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco base coat and mesh at building E – 100% complete.

 

  1. Installation of wood siding at the third floor of building E – 35% complete.

 

  1. Miscellaneous site stucco work (i.e. planter walls, stairway walls, etc.) – 85% complete.

 

  1. Landscaping work on entire site – 75% complete.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. Q: Would it be acceptable with the SCC for MCR to post blank interior punch lists for the homeowners in buildings E and F?

A: Yes. The punch lists were posted Thursday, 10/14/04 and are due by Thursday, 10/28/04.
