CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

1. Roof work on building A, B, H — 98% complete.

2. Application of common area deck coatings at building D — 95% complete

3. Application of stucco finish coat on building G — 100% complete.

4. Application of common area deck coatings at building G — 100% complete.

5. Installation of caulking at building G— 100% complete.

6. Handrail painting at building G — 95% complete

7. Sheet metal installation at building F — 80% complete.

8. Installation of wood siding at the third floor of building F — 90% complete.

9. Application of stucco at building F — 100% complete.

10. Sheet metal installation at building E — 60% complete

11. Application of stucco scratch and brown coat E - 100% complete.

QUESTIONS:

1. Q: Could Jan (PET) review the top of the drainage mat that is being installed in the designated planters? How shall the top of this drainage mat be terminated?

2. Q: Could Jan review the drainage pipe installations at the planters of buildings C and D?

3. Q: Could Jan review repair work that is to be done at the northeast corner stairs of building D?

4. Q: Could Jan discuss the water leak around the gas pipe at the north wall of the garage of building B? How shall MCR proceed with this situation?
