CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Roof work on building A, B, H – 97% complete.

 

2.     Application of common area deck coating at building D – 90% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco finish coat on building G – 98% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building G – 95% complete.

 

  1. Handrail painting at building G – 90% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building F – 70% complete.

 

  1. Installation of wood siding at the third floor of building F – 65% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco at building F – 95% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building E – 45% complete.

 

  1. Stucco paper and lath installation at building E – 100% complete today.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. Q: Could Jan (PET) conduct a punch list review of the private decks at the 1st floor of building D and the two floors of building G after the progress meeting today?

A: Yes. Jan reviewed the above locations and provided Brad (MCR) with a punch list.

 

  1. Q: Could Jan review the exterior flashing detail for the top perimeter of the concrete the garage vent chase of buildings D and E today (image 13, RFI BK126)?

A: Yes. Jan reviewed the two situations and provided a detail for both.

 

  1. Q: Could Jan inspect the stucco lath installation at building E?

A: Yes. Jan inspected the stucco lath on building E and approved the installation.
