CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Roof work on building A, B, H – 97% complete.

 

2.     Application of common area deck coating at building D – 25% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco finish coat on building G – 98% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building G – 95% complete.

 

  1. Handrail painting at building G – 90% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building F – 70% complete.

 

  1. Installation of wood siding at the third floor of building F – 25% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco at building F – 80% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building E – 35% complete.

 

  1. Stucco paper and lath installation at building E – 50% complete.

 

  1. Caulking removal at building E – 100% complete.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. Q: Could Jan review the proposed roof work on building H (RFI BK128) with the SCC today?

A: Yes. Jan reviewed the proposed work with the SCC and the SCC instructed MCR to proceed with the work.

 

 COMMENTS:

 

  1. Due to critical path items at other locations, MCR will not be ready for punch list review of the private decks at the 1st floor of building D and the two floors of building G until after the progress meeting next week (09/22/04).
