CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:

 

  1. Roof work on building A, B, H – 97% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco finish coat on building G – 95% complete.

 

  1. Installation of caulking at building G – 95% complete.

 

  1. Application of private deck coating at building G – 100% complete.

 

  1. Handrail painting at building G – 90% complete.

 

  1. Roof perimeter coping at building G – 100% complete.

 

  1. Sheet metal installation at building F – 60% complete.

 

  1. Stucco paper and lath installation at building F – 100% complete.

 

  1. Installation of wood siding at the third floor of building F – 10% complete.

 

  1. Application of stucco at building F – 40% complete.

 

  1. Stucco demolition at building E – 100% complete.

 

  1. Stucco paper and lath installation at building E – 20% complete.

 

  1. Caulking removal at building E – 75% complete.

 

QUESTIONS:

 

  1. Q: Could Jan (PET) review the private decks of buildings D and G today?

A: Yes. Jan reviewed the 2nd and 3rd floors of building D today. He will review the 1st floor of building D and the two floors of building G after the progress meeting  next week (09/15/04).

 

 COMMENTS:

 

  1. Homeowner punch lists will be posted adjacent to the front doors of buildings D and G today.
